CounselorTalk is an email listserv for the Indiana school counseling community to ask questions and share information. 

The responses I have received after posting ... are wonderful! Some of the suggestions were ones I had thought of, but started second guessing myself on them, so it really helps to have your thoughts. Plus, I have received some really GREAT materials that I will definitely be using! I love this group!

About CounselorTalk

The CounselorTalk Listserv was started by Dr. Rex Stockton at Indiana University in the 1990s. Dr. Stockton maintained the list with the help of graduate students for over twenty years, facilitating the sharing of information and support for thousands of school counselors across Indiana. 

Dr. Stockton passed away on July 1, 2022. This quote from Dr. Stockton’s obituary echos our feelings about him:

Upon learning of his death, a close friend of his observed,

“We should remember Rex as a kind and generous man, a friend to many, and a widely read man of keen intellect.”
